This is my first time at Rexall in Welland, and I have to say it’s a very large and inviting store. They have a fantastic selection and also sell lottery tickets if that is something you are looking for. Similar to shoppers drug Mart they don’t have the lowest prices, but did you have a fantastic selection.
Bought some coca cola bottles because they were on sale. I get home and open one? flat. check the best before date? June 24...2019.
Went in to buy Band-Aids, was met with ignorant staff and attitude, will never go in again.
I purchased a Rexall brand product at the Fitch St. Welland location, the product was of extremely poor quality and unusable. The next time I went to this Rexall store they were recommending I purchase their Rexall brand product, I told them of my bad past experience with the Rexall brand product and I was told to bring the product back. At a later date I attempted to return the product for replacement and the clerk insisted I needed a receipt, I told her it was a Rexall product that could only have come from their store. I told her I can't possibly keep every receipt for ever small dollar value item I purchase, the product was less that 5, she still insisted on a receipt. When I returned home with the product I noticed the bottom of the box stated the product was FULLY GUARANTEED. I am not sure what training the staff has received for working in the retail business but someone is definitely not doing their job. Be wary of Rexall products and poorly trained employees.
