I looked across Canada for a specific plant, and only found it in this shop in Welland, Ontario. I live in British Columbia. They did everything they could to find a way to safely get it to me. That may sound like something small, but they took special time in what is (hopefully) a busy Christmas season to figure out how to pack it and who could get it to me. Thanks for the amazing service!

Super cute place. Found myself a very rare Vietnamese herb plant lol. They have huge selection for houseplants and soil and pots. Will definitely come back before the summer ends.
I got a big order shipped. It came packaged so well that nothing has moved!! Shipping was fast and well insulated to protect the plants! Not a single root rot (I buy a lot of plants and it’s rare!!) I would 100% shop from them again! Two thumbs up!!!
I really like this nursery and I shop here often. I only gave 1 star as I was there late this afternoon and saw a number of employees NOT wearing masks. When the Niagara Covid cases rising and needing to shop for the holidays, as a consumer I expect shops to follow mandated laws for mask wearing to keep shoppers safe. All shoppers were wearing masks which was reassuring, but it is unacceptable that all employees were not.These were employees doing flower arranging in close contact with customers and the products. I won't be shopping here again due to the fact that I don't feel it is safe to do so during a pandemic.
Just passing through the area on the way to the falls. What a nice surprise to find a good selection of house plants. Friendly and helpful staff.
