The oil pan drain screw was striped on my wife's 2011 ford escape. I ordered a new pan.....dropped the car off the morning of the appointment with the new pan. Ricks guys changed it out in a few hours and called right away to let me know it was finished. Great job....fair price. No more leak on my garage floor. Very good place to deal with. Thx guys.
