Took my kids today for cleaning 5Jan21 and because of a booking “mistake”, kids were not seen by a dentist. Instead, I was offered to book another appointment in 3 months for a dentist to look at their teeth. Kids also said the Hygienist was rougher than our normal person. They decided to switch us to someone new with far less experience without telling us. My son said he thought his gums were bleeding at one point she was so rough. Changing places - clinic has TANKED with new owners. Obviously far more interested in doubling their income than providing proper dental care. So unprofessional. Update: Prompted by my google review (not email or conversation with the office yesterday), Hannah, Office Manager contacted me this morning 6Jan21 to argue about what had happened. She offered no apologies or resolution - apart from a very snarky \what resolution are you looking for\? I confirmed Kim, Hygienist was a 'recent grad' so I do not appreciate being switched from our regular, well-experienced Hygienist to someone just out of school. Hannah needs a lesson on how to de-escalate a situation rather than calling to argue and blame old owners for booking. Funny how we NEVER had any issues (booking or otherwise) in the past and with change of ownership, everything goes downhill. Good luck - don't think you'll be in business very long with this poor approach to not only dental hygiene but also, customer service.

One of the best dental offices I’ve been too! Would 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a new office in the Niagara region. This place is immaculate, the staff are both knowledgeable and pleasant, patient and willing to always work around your schedule and needs and the pricing Is very reasonable. I also like that they are continually upgrading their equipment and skills. I have experienced a few dental offices through the years but believe me when I say that this is a group of caring and knowledgeable individuals. I would not hesitate to recommend Thorold Road Dental to anyone!!
Not many a fan of visiting the dentist but I never mind going. A fantastic team! Receptionist is very outgoing to work appointments into my schedule and will even squeeze me in when its convenient for myself. Hygienist is always friendly and makes me laugh. The dentist is always reassuring, gentle and has a cool personality. Fantastic Team! Best dentist I've ever had. Thorold Road Dental Care Rocks!!!!
I have been a patient for years and have never had any issues with this office. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I always leave happy! I have recommended to family and friends and they are happy as well. You can tell the staff get along and work well together and this is what makes such a great environment. If you are looking for a new dental office I highly recommend to call and make an appointment!
