The food is normal and various but not fresh for fish if you order. The service is definitely so bad, for many waiters have 'ugly face' when they comunitie with their customers....

I've been eating here since opening and always loved the food. Lately they have been falling off slightly, missing orders here and there... But tonight's services was just horrible. We waited around for an hour and a half only to get half of what we ordered. Our server ignored us most of the time despite seeing our table was empty. We saw multiple take out orders leaving but hardly received any food ourselves, eat in customers should be top priority... It's possible one of the sushi rolls that we ordered was sat down on the counter next to us for 15m before another confused server picked it back up and took it to the kitchen. The shrimp was not cleaned properly, leaving behind the waste products inside. I basically lost my appetite at this point despite hardly eating my fill. I payed for dinner though it was undeserved, I felt i would be justified in walking out. If service is not corrected It is very unlikely that i will return even after eating at this restaurant biweekly since opening. I love eating here which is the most frustrating part!!!
Usually we have a great time here, very slow service and having to ask for things numerous times but food has aways been good. They say on website they say lunch is until 3:30, we arrived at 3 (never been a problem in the past). We were told we could only order once or else had to pay supper prices. They have lost our business with the way we were treated today (by server and manager).
Great takeout. Quick preparation and always fresh. Good Value. Lost one star because then never answer their telephone, often takes three or four tries to place an order.
Not sure what happened to this place. The food is good when you get it in a timely manner. There was a manager who used to run this place like a well oiled machine and what great with my kids, but now that he's left the place is going downhill. There is only one guy left there that's nice at all and I don't know how long he'll stay there given the rest of the servers seem to not care at all whether you want to order or anything at all. They just have no leadership over there. It's really a shame. The place used to be somewhere we would go 2 - 4 times a month. Now, we barely go anymore because of the service. At least the waitresses can crack a smile for my son, but that's the most anyone is going to get. Just tried calling them to place an order for pickup... phone just rang and rang... tried twice. Hope they find a new manager to wrangle that place back to it's former glory.
I love eating here! It's not expensive, and it's all you can eat. The food is AMAZING. 10/10 would come again.
I like it a lot here. I've been probably upwards of 50 times, and the food is always great. Only downside is the service is unpredictable. They're mostly all friendly, and the food usually arrives. Sometimes things get forgotten, and on rare occasions you never get the item even after ordering multiple times. If you stick to the good stuff (rock rolls & salmon sushi) you'll have a great time
I was really surprised by it! Good flavour, freshness and portion sizes at a decent price. I ordered takeout but will definitely be back for an eat in session!
