The only complaint I have is lack of cashiers. I think the store is kept in good order and mostly well stocked. I notice the vitamin isle is a little low in stock.Lots of produce . It’s really close to my home so the convenience of getting there is great! I miss the funky Walmart greeter! I hope she is ok.

Well stocked, nice and clean store. Courteous staff. Enough parking.
Staff are not trained properly at all never know what to do when given a problem. I had to fix my own problem and I don't even work there. Store is always dirty. Shelves barely stocked. Produce is not good. The staff that do know what to do are rude and don't want to help. Oh and the new self checkout machines that they just put in maybe 2 months ago all do not work. They are breaking them by wiping an electronic machine with liquid. I let the girl know that the machine wasn't working all she did was wipe it off for someone else. Sheer incompetence at this store with total disregard for customers and no one enjoys there job. Hate this store but they have taken over the Welland market and we have no where else to go for certain things. Might have to start going else where
Staff is extremely rude. Told me I couldn't purchase barbecue charcoal even though it was in the middle of an aisle without any signs or tape. Even after I explain this I was berated. And given addude. Since when are the staff allowed to decide what's essential. And to be able to tell customers they're not allowed to cook their dinner.... I drove one town over and was able to get my charcoal at another Walmart!
Really nice people here. Always convenient but there is one big issue I have. There are way to many privileged Karens walking around thinking they can breath on me. I understand some medical issues or curtain disabilities but when people are so obviously just stuck up on "Ooooo it hasn't effected me, so its fake" and then take the freedom of security from other people. Then there is a problem. Did I say Karen? I meant Sherri.
Went today to buy some jeans and the the clothing section was closed off like what you can't buy clothes during the lockdown?? It's been going on for a year now off and on becouse are Goverment's Officeals can't get vacins or close the airport's right from the start of this plan-demic...
Absolutely no one around to help. Called multiple different times for someone and no one came to help. The store is ALWAYS a mess, there’s hardly ever any carts when you need them and when there is they are dirty and half of them have trash in them. Pharmacy shelves are bare all the time. The staff that is there that you see ALWAYS has attitude, haven’t come across a pleasant person, even if you do say hello. Think we’re going to start going out of town to a different location because this location is no good
Paige Helped us find diced tomatoes, going out of her way to do so. Another member of staff helped us find a price check spot as well. Really happy with the service, especially for what I might expect from a walmart. Good job!
