Our carpet was heavily marked with dirt from our dog. Rob was really prompt in coming out and was able to clean all the carpet to a really high standard. Highly recommend them.
We had a great experience with Rob for upholstery cleaning. He arrived on time and worked really quickly and efficiently. Our sofa looks brand new. He showed us the difference when he had cleaned half of the cushion and it was really incredible. Would highly recommend.
We had Rob around to do kitchen chairs, as well all the carpets in our house after they took a battering from builders and tradesmen during a loft conversion. Rob was recommended by the builder who had done our loft conversion. Rob messaged me the day before with his time of arrival; he arrived bang on time and took me through everything he was going to do and how it would work and what I would need to do afterwards. He was kind and courteous throughout, including joking with the kids about football! He worked quickly and efficiently to produce an astonishing result. An all round great guy who is incredibly professional and thorough at what he does. A fantastic job and we will be having him back!
