Was here Saturday 26 September, 05:49. I can't wear disposable masks because something in the fibre control sets off an asthma attack. The supervisor asked the security guard to make a visor - which they have a boxful of in the smaller room at the gatehouse. Not a problem. I was told to bring it each time I had to collect a trailer- we only do trailer swaps and never go into the onsite office building. Gets back to this place Friday 23 October. Another ops supervisor was quite adamant that I would not be allowed on the premises with the visor. At NO point did this person even bother to check out the details!!! Seems they need to get their act together. I even carry an excemption certificate but I try to comply by wearing the visor. Which THEY issued!!! How disrespectful!!! At least I won't have to go back there anymore so that's a plus. In these exceptional times we find ourselves in, I find it disgusting being treated this way. They have NO regard for health making this demand- which they can't even come to agreement between themselves. I would understand it if I had constructed the mask myself. But it was the company ITSELF that issued it to me. We only stay outside and are off site within about 45 minutes if its not a shift change! And if paperwork issued promptly THROUGH AN OFFICE WINDOW !!!!! This company is in direct breach of the 1974 health and safety/ employers law. ANYONE visiting the site must be treated as a visitor. As this company employs well over the minimum amount of employees, 5% need to have some sort of health issue/ disability. And measures have to be put in place to accommodate these workers. Those measures also extend to visitors. So the COMPANY supplied ME with a visor which I was very happy to wear. So Russell needs to go back to the log report of who was on duty that morning and will see I am right AND needs to comply with the aforementioned law!!

Purchased an Indesit fridge freezer which was delivered by Argos around two years ago and suddenly stopped working. It's absolutely unbelievable that a fridge breaks down after only a couple of years. You need either to fix it for free or deliver a new fridge with no design issues.
Be prepared to wear a mask and have your temperature taken otherwise ok
Staff are always willing to help you even though you got late delivery they're willing to unload you quickly
