I called this afternoon hoping to receive good service as usual but today I spoke to the most unfriendliest person which was a shock when usually the service is so good. After ending the call I spoke to a friend who told me that she had the same experience herself. I am slightly put off calling again but hopefully thnigs will be improve next time.

Lucky to get one star! GP’s are there for the health of the community they serve ... and get pretty well paid for it! So why is it that an unqualified receptionist makes the decision whether some gets to see a doctor or not? Awful system, not interested in patients welfare ... if someone needs to see a doctor, they need to see or talk to them within hours, so what’s the point of offering an appointment in three weeks time?
