Fantastic, club for kids and adults. Real family/community atmosphere, loads of fun and games, my kids learnt some discipline and self defense. Really helped my self confidence and sorted my lower back pain too.

Very friendly and knowledgeable teachers, fantastic with beginners or returners to martial arts after many years away, with realistic expectations and letting you know before hand to do what you can on your first couple of sessions. Always helpful, always patient and happy to answer any questions. It's a fantastic atmosphere that translates to the students as well and I'm glad I went with the dojo. If your looking to try different styles of martial arts, get fit or want self defence lessons definitely give Shudan a try.
