Dr. Nancy Lobby, my urologist, is an outstanding Doctor. She is the most empathetic, friendly, and professional Doctor I have seen. She is extremely knowledgeable and closely listens to what you tell her, and then explains what should be done. While her current practice focuses on women, she did continue seeing a few selected male patients. I was extremely fortunate to be one of the Male patients. I cannot say enough good things about her. I highly recommend her to any women looking for a urologist.

Another disappointing physician, who needs to re-evaluate what it means to be a physician to provide emphatic care to patient and to get to the root cause of symptoms rather than saying “I don’t know.” When will physicians like this one understand that “I don’t know” is not an answer and it required you dig deeper into the literature, collaborate with patients other health care providers as part of your profession, and order other relevant cases rather than sending a patient off with ongoing symptoms. This is how patients are mis- and under-diagnosed. I have read the other reviews for this practice but failed to read the horrendous stories under Dr. Lobby, the doctors website, as well as even a recent COVID-19 related interview she did with a local newspaper. At the end of the day the care I received was absolutely horrible, provided me with no new information, and didn’t help me in assessing the root cause of my problem. And to top of it, the attitude of the appointment was not welcoming, cold/distant, and not a place to have a long relationship. The only good thing was that the receptionist was helpful when setting up the appointment. Yet ,I received no reminder call of the appointment.

This practice came highly recommended. It was a horrible experience. Took my elderly mother who has recurring UTIs and has been hospitalized several times. Initially were seen by Erika. The plan was to prevent the next infection hopefully keeping my mom out of the hospital. The second visit included me being lectured about why Erika hates seeing assisted living patients. There was a pharmacy error which I quickly got corrected. Because of my mother's age and living arrangements sometimes there are issues so I excused the way we were treated. The third visit, was cancelled two days before and rescheduled later same week, like my time is insignificant. When we get there, my mother had trouble peeing in the cup. Dr Lobby, who runs this group saw my mom this visit. It was a repeat of the second visit, why they hate seeing patients who reside in assisted living. My elderly mom and I were looking for a competent urologist with an ounce of compassion and respect. Instead of trying to work out the issues, we got all mighty attitude. When I said we’d find another urologist, Dr Lobby seemed surprised. Like what, this is the only urologist in So FL? Left sad, angry and frustrated. Don’t recommend and definitely won’t be going back.

Friendly and caring staff. The entire office is very clean. Form the moment I walked into the office they made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
