Great company to rent a vehicle from, great service and affordable price, value for your money. Both collections and drop off to the Wellington Airport was very well timed and speedy service. Their representatives do a proper pre and post inspection of the vehicle and the completion of the paperwork is done speedy and no holdups. Will recommend them to future customers.

Sans idée fixe

After I returned the car I was renting with that branch at Wellington Airport, I realized that I forgot 2 of my belongings in the car (among them one is really important in my daily life). It has been more than one month now. I have tried to call them many times, emailed them. No answer at all. They pick up one time, put me on hold and then nothing. When I call back few seconds later, no answer again. It is always the same lady. I am disappointed and frustrated with the incompetence of that branch. You can find companies with much better customer service.
