Went to purchase a computer, only to find the store closed at 6:58. When I looked online, it showed Best Buy closing at 7. I couldn’t believe this retailer would be closing at 7pm on a weekday. 1-2 hours after most people get out of work. Seems a little excessive to close so early in my opinion. I guess with Covid they have to manage their time better. However when I arrived, there were at least 10 customers walking up to the door and getting turned away. Why on earth would you want to turn paying customers away? Yikes.

The only way they will help you is by having you sign in with all your information. If you decide to browse the store you are not allowed to ask for help even though the employees are just standing around. You need to go back up front to sign in to get help. Then wait and wait. Go elsewhere if you need help with your shopping experience.
I took my car to Best Buy/GeekSquad for a dash cam install. And besides having to wait 2 hours because Eric was alone and didn't have an assistant, I am still gonna rate him 5 stars. Eric took his time to explain his work, and also answered questions I had for another install that I am planning. I will definitely be doing business with Best Buy again.

I like Best Buy, but this visit came up short. The store was a bit messy, but also very busy. That wasn't all bad, since they were quite busy and shelves were bare in some areas. The person at the door was very polite, greeting us and pointing us in the right direction.
I liked being able to walk around the appliances first and then asking for assistance when ready.
Most worst service here last 3 times I visited. Store peoples are just walking here and there and some of them just seating on front chairs. but nobody to help customers. Today I waited more than 20 minutes to get help from any one. But they are just sitting on chairs and gossiping with each other. Will never come back. Better to order Amazon fast and cheap.
