His front desk staff is despicable. She hangs up on you continuously and is blatantly rude. I know Dr. Andris knows nothing about it but I will make sure to let him know her customer service skills are lacking. He should not be represented in this manner especially concerning patient care. And to think on their website cites a slogan that she clearly has not read. “Primary Care with a personal touch” Ha! This is my experience and professional review calling to speak to an office manager. The level of unprofessionalism is absurd. I am not a patient and would never be. I did not request any information for a patient. I called to resolve communication issues between our office and Dr. Andris’. We now understand.
