My husband and I had a wonderful time with Megan. She was so nice, and patient. She really took her time to give us her honest opinions and was never forceful. Even though we ended up not making a final decision she still was so kind and patient. It made me feel so good that despite not making a sale off of us (yet) that she definitely had the best intentions of making sure we were satisfied before buying ! I highly recommend if you go to the store in the Wellington mall that you seek her out !

I really like City Furniture. Every time I buy or browse, it’s a positive experience. The staff always asks if they can help, but they don’t hover. Prices are reasonable. Delivery is expert. Pro tip: If you’re here for the season, buying is cheaper than renting.
I love shopping at city Furniture. My second experience at this store is incredible and amazing. The Associate at this location are very knowledgeable and friendly. The fact that most of their items can be delivered sooner than any other furniture store is an bonus to my experience.
Alex was wonderful! The four stars are for him! He was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. He would return my calls and update me on the progress of my furniture/delivery in a timely manner. I recommend him highly! I give 0 stars to the factory. I know you have to report any defects within 24 hours. I was able to inspect the loveseat on the surface and was going to have my brother-in-law inspect the rest the following day. I saw that the left side of the seat was “deflated” and I believe the leather is loose. I have a bad back and bad knees so could not inspect the rest of it. My brother-in-law could not make until after the 24 hours and when he inspected the rest of it, he found that the frame is bent. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with furniture bought at city furniture. The first issue was resolve and I was very grateful. Maybe the time period should be extended to 36 or 48 hours. Anyway, I doubt that I will return to city furniture again.
absolutely gorgeous but the prices are as sky rocketing. You CANT return . Once the item is paid and put at your house there isn’t a possible way to return. I bought a set and was stock with it even if it is only a day old. If you decide to buy make sure you get the protección plan for everything so your furniture looks new all the time. The vendors will tell you anything you want to Hear just to sell
Today went into city furniture (mall at Wellington) to check out their clearance area since I dont need anything personally I see if there might be something to put away for a gift or give to someone just like this. I recommend checking this area (1 star) I found something I wanted (2 stars) that's it... because I had to catch my ride home in 15 minutes I was rushed to check out. One person was on the phone do he paged for Someone to come to the front to check me out. Mind you there wasn't any customers in the store other then their salespeople . Then he had to page the manager for the clearance code. After doing so we found out he was in the front of the store and went there. After finally my transaction was completed. I thought there was one more left I would get . But, he told me this one was more as it was marked higher.....same thing ...different pattern.. So with time running out I did not ask the manage to explain why..and left the store. Not a very enthusiastic sales experience in the day when business is lacking and stores are closing.. very sad wouldn't you say?
I have to say shopping for a couch was actually painless thanks to Jonathan Derby who was our sales representative. He was a great help. There were plenty of options. The store is clean and it was a painless experience. I'd definitely go back!
Our experience was great! We enjoyed our experience with Juan and would recommend him to anyone. He was super helpful and accommodating as well as informative. He was very patient in answering all of our questions, Juan made our experience very smooth and we can’t thank him enough in helping us make our decisions.
