Terrible service. Had a scheduled appointment and was treated like a walk in. Waited to be seen for over 1 hour and 10 minutes with no explanation as to why i was being delayed nor apology for wasting my time. Never once did I see the Doctor. Never will i return there.

As a doctor myself I see things from a different perspective than patients. Dr Strong scores 100% with me as a fellow doctor and patient. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, explains everything clearly, gives the right diagnosis and treatments every time and has an excellent bedside manner. I trust him with my patients, myself and my family!

My appointment was 4:20...was brought back finally at 5:10. No one seemed to care that I waited almost an hour. When I got to the exam room I was told there was still another patient ahead of me..which I knew because she was called in about 2 minutes before me. So at 5:20 I gave up and started to walk out. Dr Strong opened the door to the waiting room then and said he would see me then...but then he was told about the patient before me. Dr Strong was extremely rude and told the clerk to give me back my payment. NO APOLOGIES. I lost pay from my job, still need to see a Dermatologist and wasted my time. He may be a good doctor but has no regard or respect for his patients time. So frustrating to be treated so poorly by a doctor.

Dr Strong is very professional and a joy to visit. Yes he is always running late but he never rushes me and answers all my questions. He has fixed my acne on my hands that three other dermatologists couldn’t ... changed my life. My wife and youngest sons are also patients ... he fixed my sons back and made is outlook on life very positive ... a game changer.

Dr. Lawrence Strong was the worst doctor I've ever encountered. Rude, demeaning and unprofessional. Called my daughter vain and brought her to tears. He said he couldn't help her after we declined Accutane.Why is this man still in practice? DO NOT bring your teenage daughter to him.
