Friendly, polite staff always willing to help with any issues you have. They're the reason I still go to an actual store instead of using an online service like GameFly. The online service may have a better selection, but the employees at Family Video are what make the store worth visiting.

Friendly and helpful staff. We are very happy to have a place to rent new release videos and games. Lots of good budget friendly titles plus kids videos too.
Fun, Family oriented, and Community helping. Free videos for children, and some educational titles for the Home schooled. Staff is nice, and eager to help. The best I've ever had the pleasure of being served by.

Warm, clean and friendly atmosphere. The people that work in the Wellington, KS one are awesome people. There's alot of assorted types of DVD's to watch, and games to play. The prices are great, and theres some good sales now and then. So go by and check it out, I at least try to go by there once a week!
The experience was well. The Cashier was polite, and gave me recommendations for movies when I had asked.
