Do NOT use this title company. They are sloppy and quantity over quality is their motto. I am an experienced home buyer and they still ruined my closing. They did not send the check from escrow for 11,000 to the insurance company and I discovered 2 months later that I did not have insurance on my new home. When I called them, they acted annoyed, did not apologize and did not try to solve the problem. My closing agent was Evette Bibbo. She was never available. They did not send my 800 survey to me until 2 days before closing, although I requested it for weeks. You have a choice and you are paying for your title, so choose a real estate attorney or a title company that cares. That would not be first American title. I will pay for title as a buyer next time to avoid places like this.
