I’ve lived here at Wellington for just over two years and I have no complaints! The property is GORGEOUS; the amenities are always clean, the landscaping is always pristine, and the staff is the friendliest!! Being pet friendly and family friendly are two big pluses also! Everything makes you feel right at home and you automatically have a little community/family of your own when you move in!

I lived here for about a year, I originally moved to the complex next door when I came to Longview but moved here as soon as my lease was up next door. I loved my stay at Wellington Grande, never had a single issue while living here. If you’re looking for a really nice and safe community in Longview Wellington Grande should definitely be at the top of your list.

I lived at the Wellington briefly two years ago with my parents and I absolutely loved it. The apartments are beautiful, its quiet and everyone is very friendly. I recently contacted the Wellington about my rental history and even though I had lived there in two years they treated me like I was one of their residents. Krista is super helpful and is amazing at her job! You will not be disappointed living here!
