Extremely rude staff. I had to wait over 15 minutes although I checked online and said 0 mins wait. I was not allowed to stand next to my 5 year old son as he got his hair cut “because of covid”... Very rude when speaking to a first time client. The hair itself was ok, a little shorter than I wanted, but the overall experience was not good. It would’ve been nice to be able to see what was being done to my sons hair while was being cut...

Stylist was friendly but didn’t listen well. She didn’t wash my hair, sprayed it down real quick then took the length off that I wanted. I told her I wanted a lot of messy layers, when she said she was done I asked about the layers and she said they were at the bottom-not what I asked for at all. Had her redo the layers, then when I was trying to look at it she kept flipping my hair around telling me the different ways to style without actually doing anything to it. Most places you get washed, cut and dried into a style not walk out with messy hair to go home to wash yourself and style yourself. That said, once I did that myself I can say I do like the cut but I won’t be returning if I have to do everything myself and constantly remind the stylist of what I want.

Just went there for a haircut. Love Jessica. The place was taking all the necessary precautions during this Covid 19 breakout. They only admitted me after taking my temp and the stylist took good care in sanitizing her station.

I took my son there for a haircut...he was very unhappy. It was cut uneven. He did not leave her with a tip. The week or 2 before i got my hair cut there and she pulled up my sides to trim the back and cut it too stinkin' short. I'm more the positive..it was because i referred to her as the freaky one. I had asked about her to the other lady (@ the first salon station) i really likef her until she messed ip mine and my son's hair. I will not be returning!!
