I would not recommend IGT Design. They never reach out or call you with updates. I would always call and sending emails to find out about our shirts,hat and etc. We were also promised a pick up date. On that date we called to see if can pick everything up. I was told at 4pm, that our items would not be ready?! When asked why she didn’t call, I was given every excuse on why she could not/ unable to call me?! Not to mention the attitude she gave me. When I asked to speak to the owner because of the our dalema. I was told she was the owner. This was our second time using IGT and had similar trouble then with the lack of communication. It like the cliche Shame on me once...Shame on me twice. Buyer beware!!
