Kitchen Studio Wellington worked with me to design my dream kitchen as part of my renovations. They were professional, responsive, provided great advice and overall did a great job. However, the actual installation process following agreement on the design and paying up front, was protracted and there were many issues. These ultimately were resolved but caused lengthy delays to completion of the project, and could have been avoided if more attention to detail was applied to preparing the cabinetry for installation. In spite of these issues which were a real headache, they did a good job and I would recommend them.

Unsurprised that it took a further two months for Kitchen Studio to respond to the following review! So much for their "claim" to be customer focused. We have an existing Kitchen Studio - Wellington kitchen and required replacement of cabinet door arms. We called first and then took the cabinet door in for repair - at that time the shop attendant was unhelpful and rather discourteous. However, following review of parts on similar display units and discussion, the attendant confirmed their technician would be able to replace them. After a lengthy time and our chasing up (at no time did they contact us) we collected the unrepaired door.

We had our small kitchen re-designed and installed by Kitchen Studio Wellington. This transformed our living area which initially had small dark kitchen, into a light and bright space which really is the heart of our home. Throughout the process they offered professional advice, yet listened to our needs and were realistic in offering solutions, to meet our needs and our budget. The installation process was made seamless. I would have no hesitate in recommending Kitchen Studio Wellington to anyone. If fact we are now building a new home, and we won't go anywhere else!

We used Kitchen Studio, Wellington, to design and install our kitchen/laundry. Wai, our designer, was a dream to work with. She was professional, enthusiastic and very client-focused. She had a great vision for us and made spot-on suggestions while at the same time, accommodating all our ideas. We were also very happy with the installation, which was in two stages. Both times, the installers worked like trojans and found creative solutions to unexpected workarounds. The quality of the joinery is outstanding and we were particularly impressed with their attention to detail. We wouldn't change a thing.

We approached Kitchen Studio early during our 1890s cottage renovation. They presented us with a clean and modern kitchen at a reasonable price. We encountered several delays due to WCC; the team at Kitchen Studio were flexible and adjusted the install schedule on several occasions. Overall we’re really happy with the product and it fits our custom space perfectly. Thank you to Helenia for the original scoping and capturing our vision. Thanks Darren for the flexibility and the check measure. Helen and Kelly thank you for your flexibility with the constant changes on site. Over all we’re stoked with the kitchen, it’s stunning and fits our bespoke space perfectly.

Avoid this company. Job should have taken 2 weeks but dragged on for 2 months. great to begin with at the planning/drawing stage... then, once money paid (and they wanted to be paid in full at the start of the job), the communication switched off. It's done now, but still lots stuff we're not happy about and because we paid in full we have no leverage... A poorly organized company that's taken on too much work, without enough staff/contractors to meet the deadlines.

It disappoints me to see negative comments regarding Kitchen Studio. I have nothing but praise for them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I ever had to do a kitchen. They were professional from start to finish.
