With the dining and music, it was a great experience to feel Acadien culture. They had limited menus for the Congress but still provided fricot, repure, and meat pie as Acadien variety. They were participating in the chowder trail as well. I had some traditional food and my partner tried their seafood chowder. Chowder was classic but creamy rich. Actually had some bits of lobster. It was pretty good. My Acadien meal was very comforting like grandma's food. We got some baked goods to take home. I liked their simple cinnamon rolls. My partner really liked their biscuits. They tasted very fresh. Live music was played in the hall at 1:30 and 3 in the afternoon. It was pretty fun to listen to energetic performance. Very entertaining. Don't miss it!
