Great storage, however they don't refund once they charge for a month. I gave my 7 days notice but since they charged my card that day, they wouldn't give any kind of refund or credit even though my locker was emptied out. Such a shame! I would have used them again, but I think practices like this are unfair and poor customer care in my personal opinion.
