This place was recommended to me. It is my second time using this location for my dry cleaning needs and I would recommend it to anyone. I went today just after they closed and as I was walking back to my car with my items in hand, the owner drove around front and saw me. I spoke to him in the parking lot and offered to come back the next day, but he opened back up to take my items. I was very thankful, as he went above and beyond the customer service call!
Service level has gone from 4 to 1 with change in ownership to Su Cleaners. My clothes after cleaning smelled mildewed. I asked to have them redone, which he agreed. Said to use same ticket, which I did. My husband went to pick up my clothes only to be told I already picked them up and was very rude. I called and he was able to find my clothes. When I went back now for the third time, clothes still smelled dirty and mildewed. I asked for my money back and was refused. I see the volume of clothes in the store for pick up is down by at least 1/3. I'm getting a new cleaner! Do t wast your money here!
