From the first call I made to the reception staff to the arrival of the appointment we felt valued as a patient. The nursing staff was knowledgeable and very kind to my son. We felt very comfortable with Dr. Berkowitz, he took the time to listen my sons arm issues and we felt complete confidence in his understanding of his sports injury. We did not feel rushed and were able to ask all of our questions. I would highly recommend this team.

Even during COVID19 with precautions in place, we saw Dr. Ezra Berkowitz for a sports injury that turned out to be a fracture. He’s amazing and his staff was wonderful. I’m sure it won’t be our last visit, unfortunately for us. Having an orthopedist with a great attitude makes accidents easier to deal with!

Dr appointment was not that bad, however trying to get into the building takes a little doing The receptionist downstairs could not find my name or my appointment time. Once I got upstairs, The front desk receptionist had a lot of questions plus the only concern with that is people who are in wheelchairs on crutches or walkers there should be another person with them to help with all the paperwork and the walking back and forth maybe have a intern there to do the helping because the front desk lady don't even move she just asked you to come up she gives you paperwork she asked you questions and she doesn't even look you in the face. Past that Rachel the doctor's assistant is a little doll. Very polite and concerned and personable. The doctor did not see him much except for when he did the examination seem to be very polite and knowledgeable.

Jamie and the therapy staff at The Orthopedic Center do a wonderful job of rehabilitation following surgery.. they are kind, compassionate and extremely proficient in the techniques they utilize. I recommend them to anyone requiring physical therapy after injury or surgery

Today was my first visit as a new patient with Dr Billinghurst. I made the appointment a few days ago as a new patient, gave them all my information and was told to arrive today 8/21/2020 at 9am. I took the day off from work to make this happen. I show up on time ready for my appointment only to be told my appointment was canceled. That Dr Billinghurst is no longer accepting new patients and that's why my appointment was canceled. The office should have called me to let me know that they canceled my appointment but they did not. I asked the receptionist why they did not call me but she did not have an answer. Now i wasted my day and im back to square one of needing to find a doctor. Thanks orthopedic center of palm beach.
