LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL NO AFTER SALES SERVICE POOR QUALITY BE WARNED I engaged Pridex kitchen's approximately 18 months ago. Initial meeting was good. Then went down hill from there. The guaranteed install date, which was very important to me as this was what clinched the deal. After signing the agreement we hadn't heard much and I was worried. When I called the owner had gone on holiday over seas for 3 weeks and was told that they couldn't do anything until he got back. You guessed it, our delivery time was blown out of the water. When would I have been told had I not phoned in. When the kitchen was installed, I had to use my paid employee's to help bring in the kitchen top to install. The cabinetry under the sing was wrong, I had to pay for a new draw, but they kept the old one. The tea towel rack which didn't work as it was in the wrong place. They replaced with lessor quality one. No credit for this. The cuboards next to range hood wrong size, NOT FIXED, stainless bench top wrong style, we managed to pick that up. Thank heaven. The hob is on the lean. NOT FIXED There is a problem with bench top. They took months to answer, finally they sent a quote to repair, didn't even bother to come and have a look. NOT FIXED months later still waiting.
