Terrible doctors office. Trying to get referrals to specialist is impossible. My wife and I can not get them to send referrals. Every doctor I speak to says Sanitas is the worst at sending referrals and then you can’t see your specialist in time. Constant frustration there. We will be switching to a new primary that treats their patients well. The worst company ever. Stay away

I originally came to Sanitas because FL Blue recommended it, and have been a happy patient now for over a year. It’s sometimes hard to find a good doctor you vibe with, so I’m grateful. The wait has never been long and I’ve had a positive experience with all staff that I encounter. Tishora at the front is awesome! Helpful and competent. And I LOVE my doctor Dr. Milena Osorio-Smith. She’s pleasant, sweet and thorough. PA Pierre Colbert is cool too. He’s funny :) I recommend this location for your health needs.

Making an appointment and checking in was a breeze. No problems there and the medical assistant was very helpful!!!! The problems started when the main doctor came in. I didn’t like the way she greeted me which went like “Why are you here?”. As if I didn’t tell the assistant what I needed which was an annual check up. We spoke on some other matters then she had the audacity to say “go back to your other doctor & the “annual check up” didn’t even happen and I was sent home.

I am a Florida Blue member. I thought this place welcomes Florida Blue members. I read on the website that this place is an urgent care with no appointment needed. The day I went in, the receptionist told me that I needed an appointment and if I want to be seen I would need to pay 160! I even stated that I was a Florida Blue.. nope out the door I needed to go! This was a waste of time and effort! Never again!

Hi, Dr. Pierre, Yesenia, and Diana are amazing. They are friendly, well-staffed, and the Mr. Pierre goes in depth about your health (he doesn't rush you). I'm glad I trust my health to Sanitas. Strongly recommended!

Dr Oksana Sambriska is Truly Amazing.. She is Very Knowledgeable and Really cares for the Patients. I will never go To any other Dr because she’s The Best !!

I’ve brought both of my parents here for their appointments to see Dr. Sambirska and she is fantastic. Very detail orientated and takes her time with the patients. The staff is mostly friendly and wonderful. Diana was very helpful and even helped me set up my own appointment- very professional and sweet. Lovely office!
