This office is great. John at the front desk is always extremely competent and professional. The medical billing is always clear cut and customer service is wonderful. My son has had speech with two therapists and both were very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

These people appear to be genuine at first, but in the long run I realized that they try to drag out the speech therapy as long as they can to keep making money off of the child, My child’s school teacher and principal where complaining that my child hasn’t made any progress and they wanted to see what was his treatment plan/goals which made them very upset and when I asked them to call the school or communicate with the teacher so that she can also work on the same stuff with him In School because the other kids were picking on him and the school said he wasn’t progressing in speech. Instead of being understanding and empathetic, they refused to call the school and told me i can take my child elsewhere, with no concerns for the child’s wellbeing or progress. I’ve never seen people who work with children be so heartless, and if the school who has been working with speech therapist for a very long time says that something isn’t right, and we need to Come up with a game plan because it’s Hindering the child, then they should have done their dual diligence and spoke to the school, or tried to do something different! The owner and her husband are all about the money, not the kids and they don’t care if your child gets the most out of their therapy, they only care about you showing up so that they can bill you or your insurance company! I would highly recommend all parents to sit In on their children’s therapy sessions, and even find another speech therapist if you can, my child now goes to a different speech therapist at a different company and he’s making progress every session, don’t be fooled by the fake smiles and concern, if your child isn’t making progress, I strongly suggest you move them to a different facility!

Fantastic speech therapy services! My 5 year old daughter with Apraxia of Speech has received speech services for the last 2 years here with Ms. Alison. She has made such incredible gains. My daughter loves coming to her \speech days\. There is such a warmth and comfort that this office provides. They truly care about your child and his/her progress. It is clear this is not just a profession for Alison but a genuine passion. I cannot give a higher recommendation.
