Amit helped me get my first safety vest. We tried on different ones to get the perfect fit and then he inflated it so I would know what to expect and to ensure it covered all the right areas it’s intended to protect. We watched the videos on how to attach to saddle and replace cartridge. He also went above and beyond to make sure I had my cartridges before I went first in the first class of the day. 5/5 for both knowledge of products and customer service.

Nice stuff, poor service. My wife and I were there for about 40 minutes. The one employee working was busy with other folks and did not even acknowledge us. Not even a “Hi” or “I’ll be with you soon.” Maybe just an off day for them, but that was my first impression. Other places in town that can serve us better.
