Awesome place. Owner is amazing. Very knowledgeable. Knows his stuff. Helped me, when another shop would not. Clean and very organized shop. They have a bar where you can test smell all of the yummy vape juices. Just an awesome place. You have a lifetime customer now!!!

I just want to share this amazing place, Ron and Donny are so very helpful and knowledgeable on every product! They take the time to explain and make sure your not wasting your money. They always have plenty of product on hand and will make sure they order what you need right away if they don’t have it. ( which is hardly ever). The are very competitive in cost also! They have so much to chose from! All of the stores are amazing . Thank you so much for helping us!! You guys are the greatest!! I will never shop any where else! Thanks guys!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Best customer service in the industry by far! I am somewhat of a novice to the vape world and the sales associate, Donovan, was not only patient with me, but he was also extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to answer every question that I had! I visited a few shops in the area prior to going to Urban Vapor and I was less than satisfied with the service. Quite frankly, I left the other shops with more questions then I went in with. Save yourself the time and hassle.. go straight to Urban Vapor!! Two thumbs up
This place is the best!! Every time I’ve come I’ve had a great experience with such great vibes from all employees. They really try to accommodate each of your needs and are very helpful with any questions you have!! I would recommend this shop to any and everyone interested in vape options, whether you’re a beginner or pro they got you. Thank you guys so much for all you do!! Will most definitely be back soon
I’d give it no stars but I’ve had decent experiences in the past. Unfortunately last night I went in and this woman was working. She was rude as could be and it was very off putting. Sadly I’ll bring my business elsewhere. Overcharged me for a new coil and just a train wreck. If the system was down I should have been informed before I went and spent money there and got over charged.
I highly recommend Urban Vapor!!! They have a huge variety and their custom service is on point every time! Anytime I have any questions or need anything - urban vapor is and always will be my go to!! So grateful to have a shop in my area that truly knows what they’re doing. Thank you for always taking care of me!
Best place to come and get vape juice! Best deals and they always make you feel welcome! I still drive down from Port St Lucie just because I like it here so much
