Rude employees. The worker helping us only mumbled a few words and showed no interest in helping us. Didnt even set up or show us how to set up the new phone we bought, just sent us out the door with the box.

On 10/27/20 I went to this location. I had to wait outside because they were at capacity. Thankfully they were following CDC recommendations. The guy outside asked us what we needed i told him I needed two screen protectors. He had it in stock we went inside and the guy behind the counter immediately said im not putting it on because they aren't good. I told him that I currently have the same protector on my phone that a previous staff member placed on our phones. For 30 I didn't want to mess it up either so I walked over to best buy. It was was cheaper and the staff installed the screen protector there. I even made an appointment with her to pre order the new iPhone 12 pro max. The service has certainly gone down. Its a very risky thing especially with the competition and the fact that best buy is right there to provide better service to YOUR customers.

They were helpful setting up the phone but could or would not explain why there is no service in certain places/stores. I noticed ATT service worked in the same store.
