If it weren’t for the rude front desk staff and Dr Roofeh, I would rate this office a five star. My wife was first seen by Dr Roofeh who completely dismissed her symptoms and did nothing for her ordered antibiotics and Tylenol, that’s it. Not happy with the experience we called to make an appointment with a different provider and saw Doctor Mirna, she was amazing! She walked in already knowing the medical history and actually took the time listen and evaluate my wife. She ordered labs, imaging and issued a referral, we got a call within 48 with the lab results. Within one week, my wife got a whole work up with specialist consultation included, got to the bottom of the issue and already treatment plan that has her feeling much better. She did not need antibiotics.

I have been with Dr. Devine since the beginning of his practice, that was when I lived in Palm Beach Gardens. I saw Dr. Gray at his practice prior to his taking over the practice. That has been over twenty years ago. I love Dr. Devine.I love that he is a teaching Doctor. He has a great bed side manner. I have had a hard to diagnose health problem that he stuck by my side and insisted on specialist after specialist to find my diagnosis and we finally did. My specialists are all also just as persistent as Dr. Devine in keeping me well and. My diagnosis was a hard to find and rare kind. It took me five severe concussions before any medical specialist would diagnosis it without actually seeing it happen. But Dr. Devine was there for my support. i believe in his teaching his staff. I believe in my Doctor. Dr. Devine. He is the BEST!!!

I’ve been going to WFP since I was in the fourth grade, and I’m 27 now! Over the last year, this medical practice has taken a sharp decline, probably because Dr Devine has retired and the competent members of his staff have left with him. I was seeing NP Anderson-Clarke and she was a great person who took her time with me to understand what was wrong. The last two times I was here I saw Stook and was rushed in and out, wasn’t given enough refills to last to my next appointment, and had insurance issues because the office doesn’t know how to properly issue a referral. I’ll be seeking a new PCP ASAP!

If you choose to go here make sure you are a patient person. The office staff will take their time to \help\ you. Make sure you go in person to pick up your referrals because they do not send them to the specialist. If you need a referral don't bother calling and leaving a voice mail you have to go in person or else they won't even send the information over for you to get one. They say they will but trust me from experience they do not. Do no pick Mrs. Clarke as you PCP she is unprofessional. If you are the type of person who likes to ask about your heath issues she will not have that. I wrote a list of things I wanted to address with her and the entire time she was laughing and teasing me that I wrote a list. Instead of wondering why a 34 year old is having problems with her memory she decided to make light of the situation and tease me. If you must go here I am telling you ask for a different PCP. If going here is your only option there is not much you can do about the office staff. You get what you get but do not go with Mrs. Clarke.

Dr Jimmy is just great! She is always caring and kind. She treats her patients as if they were family. She's definitely one of the best providers that I have encountered.
