They forgot about flowers for my father-in-law's memorial! He passed before Christmas, so we had his memorial in January. When the funeral director tried contacting them the day of to see where they where, no one answered the phone. He was able to get ahold of someone a few days later, but what good does that do? And their explanations was \ it fell through the cracks.\ I can't believe thier unsympathetic attitude about it. This is a completely unreliable company, with little self responsibility when they mess up. A person only passes on once, you can't get that this moment back. The last thing a grieving family needs is to have to worry about details. Save your self frustration and use ANYONE else. They will refund your money if they dont have your flowers, but you wont find out until after the event. And don't expect them to feel bad about their error.

This shop has done an incredible job designing various flower arrangements for us! Despite living 2000 miles away, I am able to call and trust that my recipient will love whatever they receive. I cannot thank them enough for their time, effort and attention to detail in their work.
Ordered flowers for my bosses wife's birthday. Ordered them well in advance with plenty of contact information ( I was actually contacted due to them not having the exact vase I wanted, a substitution would be necessary. Not even a problem, it's the thought right?). The flowers were not delivered until the day \AFTER\ her birthday. I must say it's hard to say I love you and Happy Birthday a day late, when you have been married for over 20 years. It is also hard to explain to your boss that you really did order the flowers on time! This if frustrating, is it possible that the owner needs to pick 1 profession to focus on? I do not recommend this shop, the delivery charge from FOCO is not that expensive and you will get your flowers fresh and on time!
Sandy is the BEST! She receives all of my UPS packages and delivers with a smile! Great flowers at reasonable prices too! She has a little bit of everything and more in her shop!
