Customer service is okay, they don’t go the extra mile to solve any problems you may have. Especially if you are on xfinity mobile. Definitely needs more reps. Wait times are usually 45 min to over an hour during busy hours. I would advice to be very careful when purchasing a cellphone from here. Xfinity mobile is new to the game and reps need more training policy wise.
