I am in the Bridge to Home (temporary living) Program as I recover from hip surgery. The facility is, bright and cheery. The staff is responsive to our needs and extremely caring. The food is excellent. The response to COVID has been effective and reasonable. I am getting the therapy I need to facilitate my healing. It has been an excellent experience. I would recommend this facility for all levels of care needed.

Despite being one of the most expensive places in SC, this place doesn’t seem to care about dignity, leaving our relative in a room where cleaning practices are very questionable. The staff confirmed to us multiple times that the cleaning crew will never move any of the furniture to clean, and act surprised when garbage accumulate, please avoid this place. I ll gladly share with anyone who inquires the latest pictures we took on our latest visit as we cleaned all the stuff they never picked up from under grandma’s chair, bed, and other furniture. Edit : despite \Owner response\ this issue has been brought up many times before. The regular cleaning routine does not involve cleaning under furniture, or ever moving furniture, and the problem is bound to happen again. I expect businesses to take advantage of old folks here and there, but profit margins should not go against the right to a clean living environment

Everyone is wonderful and cares about each other. Immaculate community and very clean, well kept, comfortable. So many positive things I could share, hard to pick out just one special part. Staff is responsive to needs.

I’ve had two family members there since not long after they opened. The entire experience has been fantastic. David and his team make all the difference. They really do care about the residents and that has been the primary factor in all decisions I’ve seen regarding my family. The COVID stuff is the latest example. No cases outside of rehab which gets people from outside health care centers. That’s amazing but, to me, not surprising. The staff at Wellmore are dedicated to caring for their residents. They are a blessing to us and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate what they do.
