Great hotel, very clean, good breakfast and great location. No need to pay for the "Aquapark", the lake is 3 minutes away! Bartenders don't speak english.
New outdoor pools! Not crowded
The reception staff are unfriendly and unprofessional They don't care about your concerns at all. Some hotel rooms are privately owned and if you are unlucky enough to have rented one of those then the hotel staff won't help you at all. This hotel is really bad I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
Nice bigger hotel complex, Aquaworld with very nice fish exhibition, Sauna world, Spa
Good and quite place. However it's hardly can be called Aqua Park, due to its size: one big pool, one small and one slide (in Munich it's called simply
The kids enjoyed it very much, several pools and water slide
The staff speaks barely any language rather than Czech, they are not friendly at all, they do not even try to be helpful, they are just rude. Just some examples: we traveled with the baby and wanted to go to the rest rooms in sauna world, but the staff prohibited us to do it in the very rude form. Later, swimming in the pool, we were expelled from it by switching the light off 10 minutes before the actual closing time. By making an appointment in Spa, the administrator made a mistake in the wished treatment, which we discovered only later by the appointment - nobody excused for it as we ourselves were guilty for it. As we came once late (30 minutes before the end of the breakfast time) to the breakfast, we were asked to take the table near the utility room with working washing machine as all over tables were already cleaned and prepared for the lunch... We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and the room was not once cleaned. We leaved the hotel disappointed - this is not 4-star accommodation, maybe 1-star, but not more.
