Great hotel in Czech mountain range Jeseníky. Hotel is focused on families and children. In the hotel's area are lot of amusing parks for children. And of course, the slopes for skiing is right in front of the hotel. Nearby is skywalk, the great looking wooden lookout tower. Hotel's services were good, super nice staff, lot of parking spots. Hotel's spa was good too. Swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and so on. My only problem was with food. It was good, but it could be great. Breakfast and dinner is served as a buffet style. And lots of meals needed pinch of salt here, add some spice there, without it, it tasted boring. I guess, meals are cooked with attention to the taste of kids and they do not like spices. But we enjoyed our stay in hotel. And for families I will recommended it!

Superb hotel focused on families with kids of any age (applies to wellness, too). The hotel is very-well equipped with all stuff that families need during a stay. Hotel offers includes inner and outter activities and animation programs during whole year. Wellness have atractions, too. The food options are great, the meal quality is very good. The service is satisfing, the staff is nice and always willing to help. ️Recommended️
I think, they try to make money on SkyWalk visitors by charging parking for 500CZK instead of 100CZK printed on a parking ticket. You can only learn about undesired parking usage from imperceptible notice at the right side of the entrance. No large warnings on the ticket machine... Nothing that could help you if you are foreigner. Just few tiny strings on the blind spot of the entrance.

I've been with my company on the meeting. This place is amazing. A lot of convenience, very good food and what was most important for me- people who want help visitors to spent good time. Thanks for your hospitality! I honestly recommend this hotel.
Absolutely fantastic stay in the Vista Hotel. One of the greatest hotel in Czech Republic. High quality services, cleanliness of the rooms and great food in the restaurant. All it follows to the awesome nature around the hotel and all the activities you can do no matter your age. Weekend stay here is not enough to discover all around Dolní Morava resort. Will definitely come back!
A very nice facility. Pretty modern with a nice wellness area. The breakfast was good as well although I did find some hair in the food. Almost all of the staff cannot speak English. So if you speak English and no Czech you will run into problems as we did pretty quickly. Small problems like the menu card is not in English. Their attitude to help you is not great. They just don't care if you speak English. The funny thing is that the booking in the homepage was easy to do in English. They need to learn about basic customer service. The food tastes blend so we would recommend not to eat dinner at the hotel. Signs at the hotel are 90% in Czech so it is hard to find your way around and to know how to use the wellness area. The reason mostly for giving such a low rating is that the rooms are without Aircondition and this means that at night you cannot sleep because it is so hot in the summer. This ruined it for me. Even most 3 stars hotels we visited in Czech have Aircondition. I would not visit again and I would not recommend. I think I will write a blog post to help others to not make the same mistake as us.
We have been coming to this hotel over the past 3 years several times...This is one of the best if not the best hotel in the Czech Republic for families. We like to come back as this hotel has it all, plenty of indoor and outdoor playgrounds, great swimming pool, spa, location...if I should highlight one area for improvement then I would say it's the service. The staff behaves well and is generally kind, however sometimes (at the bar, reception, or swimming pool) you don't feel like you are treated for 4 star hotel with the higher price tag than average. So I would say that being more visitor-friendly and trying to look for solutions instead of "for sure not possible" or "we might try..." answers. Besides this, a great place for (not only) families.
