I went to see Mr. Wells because of a friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience as him. Mr. Wells completed my taxes at an incredible speed; in minutes! He even said my taxes were so simple that I should have done it with turbo tax for free! He then charged me 110. I wasn't too upset but it stung a little. 2 weeks go by I have not received my refund. I call the office they tell me it out of their hands. Another 2 weeks go by and I call them to see if there is anything I can do and they told me to just wait. 5 weeks after doing my taxes I get a letter from the IRS stating that my taxes are missing documents. I call Mr. Wells to tell him and he says since I didn't bring it and changed in the law, he didn't know he had to put it. I was mind blown if my taxes were so \easy\ and you charged me 110 the least you can do is tell me if I'm missing some documents or make sure you're doing them correctly. Whatever, I send him the documents on April 14th and his assistant tells me I will need to pay 10 to have him fill it out and send them out. It's now been 2 months since I did my taxes and now they tell me they never sent the missing documents. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and will never go to him again. I happen to agree with another review about him, \they don't care about your efforts...\. It seems like they got paid so, they don't care after that . If you're contemplating coming here to do your taxes think twice about it. Youll probably get better service and H&R Block.

I made appointment with Wells Tax person on the phone, I showed up 20 minutes late3:00PM. My fault. The office was dark, no lights on, didn’t look like anyone was there prior anyway. SO, I made another appointment after several calls. Showed on time 10:00 AM ...No lights on and no body home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They don’t care for your effort taking a day off of work to go and get their help. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
