Got us out of a pickle! We travelled all the way to wells to walk our 3 dogs and forgot our leads! Bought 3 from this lovely woman at Wells pet store. So kind she even ran out to our car to return a 10 note as I'd paid her too much!

Great as usual, always call in when in Wells. The lady is friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. A well stocked shop, we always get what we need at a reasonable price. Would recommend
Very helpful. I arrived with 10 minutes before closing and a wet muddy dog. I had lost her harness on Wells beach. The gentleman served me and even put the harness on my dog even though she was wet and muddy. Good service.
I visited this pet shop to and was served by a pleasant northern lady, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products stocked that i was after. I would recommend this shop for both the range of products and helpful staff.
