I have trained, in this dojo many years ago, moved area, however, I have kept up, with the progress, which has gone from strength to strength, as 5th Dan Sensei Paul Mitchell, has a very caring and good quality of patience in teaching any level or age group, never tiring and adding more skills, which he passes on. A family atmosphere, yet disciplined and continual learning, with a great sense of humor. Highly recommended!
