Went there for a rear tyre and fork seals replaced. It my first time going there as it on the way to work and thought I try it out as normally go to Bristol. Had to pay a deposit for the work. I never had to pay one before ever but needed the tyre replacing as getting bold had to chance them to find my bike was done then had to explain that I paid a deposit as nobody there know anything about it The bill was overly expensive for the work they broke my front mud guard now there a hole in it where there was a crack

I was really happy to know that there was a garage near my house, as because of my job I need a weekly service to my motorcycle. However I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. As a first time costumer, I specifically asked for JUST an oil change, booked it for a Monday 11am. When I left the motorcycle there the person told me that would be ready mid afternoon, after not hearing from them on that day, on Tuesday 9am called and was informed that the filter received was the wrong one and that meant the motorcycle would only be ready on Wednesday. I queried why were they were waiting for a filter as this was JUST for an oil change. He then told me that the service they provide included oil and filter change. Which makes sense up to certain point, as there’s no need to change every time (specially my bike that I change the oil weekly because of my work). On Wednesday at 4pm when I went to collect the bike was presented with a 78 bill. How absurd is this? 78 for an oil change?!?! Not even in London was charged that much in over 3 years that I’ve been driving motorcycles. (Only if you go directly to the brand) After complaining to the owner, I was told firstly that they’re really busy and that means the service was delayed and then that he was under the impression that the bike was in for an intermediate service when I specifically asked for JUST an oil change and the person I spoke to specifically wrote that down on the schedule. No compensation was offered and the apology was one of the worsts I ever heard. All this inconvenience made me lose 2 days at work and 78, in these uncertain times this is extremely upsetting. I really feel that I was ripped off and certainly will never go back.
