Scott was SO helpful today and went out of his way to get me in for a quick tire replacement today despite being very busy. I am visiting from out of town and hit a screw 30 minutes away yesterday. I had a warranty for my tires from NTB that Scott was able to use to replace my tire for free. Everyone was very nice and they were taking very good pandemic precautions including all staff wearing masks, plastic around the front desk, e.t.c. Thanks Scott!
