The nurses and all the attendants were welcoming. Very attentive. We were a mess when we pulled up with our son who possibly dislocated his shoulder. They were competent and compassionate even while we were having an emotional panic attack for our 18 year old son. Trying to process that he was an adult and we, his parents, weren’t allowed back with him. Thanks to the ER staff on Friday, January 22nd.

This place is absolutely horrible every time have come to the \ER\ its always over an 1hr and 30min before you even see a doctor sitting in here right now its been 2 hrs still no doctor. How can you call this an emergency room would have been better off makeing an appointment and waiting even if i was dieing

I've lived in the area my whole life and have to use this ER from time to time. Somehow Dr. Adam Wasserman is always working the ER when we arrive. He is arrogant and condescending during every single encounter. During a recent visit he drugged me up on pain meds and muscle relaxers and said I could go. In searching for the exit I lost my balance and fell in the hallway, sprained my ankle. Why they let me leave without any guidance or help while under the influence of strong meds is beyond me. Poor service but very high medical bills.
