Honest and Patient Have been helped by Scott and Sarah. Both are very patient and knowledgeable about health insurance. I just got Medicare and wanted to know what to do next. They both have encyclopedic knowledge of local providers, co-pays and coverage. Everything Sarah told me happened exactly as she said, including errors my selected provider usually made. When I got my card, the provider had made the mistake Sarah told me about and, just like she asked, I called her. She correctly their mistake and I am all set. Couldn't be more pleased.
