I've been using Banwy for three years. Recently, I compared the price of Banwy Smokeless coal and HotMax fuel logs from two other retailers and Banwy are the same price as one and cheaper than the other. I compared the fuel oil price to another supplier (who is not near me) and Banwy are the same price on that too. Second. The service from the delivery staff is amazing. Once they know where it's going you can just leave them to it. Twice now, I've got out of bed to find the delivery has been, delivered and gone without disturbing me. The receipt is left on the coal bunker. No mess. No fuss. In the case of the oil I was woken by the sound of the tanker reversing down my driveway and the driver had begun filling the tank before I was even dressed ! Again, no mess, no fuss, just fantastic service. Well done to everyone at Banwy. A level of service that other companies should aspire to. If it's a good price and great service that you want then I am very happy to recommend Banwy Fuels.

Wow, what a brilliant service. Yesterday I ordered some oil at about 2pm and 2 hours later the tanker arrived!!! Prices are always very very competitive, I haven't used anyone else for the 5 years we have lived here. Just always friendly and brilliant.
I would highly recommend Banwy Fuels! We ran out of oil a couple of days ago and waited over a week from our usual supplier, I phoned Banwy fuels this morning and had the delivery this afternoon! Fantastic service! Will definitely be using in the future.
Run out of fuel, I tried two other local companies - Banwy went out of their way to deliver, my fuel has just arrived an hour ago. Excellent Service, especially on New Years Eve!! Thank you very Much.
What a superb company. I had been dealing with another fuel company (in Newtown) and I informed them we were low on oil (just moved to area and new to oil). Phoned this morning to be told it might be Monday. (After waiting 3 weeks) Got a quote from Banwy about a minute after requesting one and they could deliver the same day. Tanker here at noon and issue sorted. Fantastic customer service and a very competitive price. Thank you
