The most rude customer service I've ever seen. They're not helpful and just hang up calls. Btw all I was trying to do is place a new order. Never again.
What a waste of time with this company next day despatch coming 10 days later with missing parts and they don’t do maximum length what they say and calling too say we need too give you two peaces for it and can’t Evin do that and not believeing there cost not believing ther costumers and then accusing them of lying and all do we sent them the pic of the missing part
In March I did a 'lockdown project' of making 6 dining chair pads. I was really impressed with the advice over the phone on the density of pad I needed. I liked the tool which enabled me to have the 6 pads pre-cut to very close to the size I needed. The pads came quickly and have now been in use for a couple of months. The foam is indeed just what I needed to use. Excellent.
Ordered foam cut to size as advertised on their website. Received a call next day saying they weren't going to do it as there'd be too much wastage from their sheets. Really should have something on their site to stop you ordering over certain dimensions. When I suggested cutting the lengths into sections to get it from fewer sheets (and so not wasting the width of a sheet, I may as well have been speaking a different language. Person on the phone wasn't helpful at all. Just wanted to refund me and wash their hands of it. Avoid.
