They could not have been more helpful. They made an extra effort to accommodate my specialist order during these challenging times. The order was delivered beautifully and on time for the event. I contacted Chrissy through the mobile number that is stated as her business contact at 6pm exactly. I received what I define to be a very curt sharp reply telling me to “contact her through the appropriate number” and to only make contact in “business hours” I used to run my own successful business for years and would not dream of talking to a prospective client this way. I’m not sure what type of business takes offense to enquiries being sent after 6pm. Surely you pick up the messages the next day with no need for any nastiness. I am baffled by my short encounter but also very pleased I did not give my money to such a business. Plenty of more worthy business to support in these times. Beware!
