Horrible customer service, they refused a return of a product I bought 2 days ago in one of their store in the Netherlands, the store manager was super rude and asked me to return the product where I bought in the Netherlands! Very disappointed, I thought it doesn’t matter where you buy the product as long as it’s the same brand be it in the Netherlands or Belgium. If I could give 0 star I would have given it, cause the staff there need a proper training on how to manage customers.

Expérience atroce Magasin sans dessus dessous On zigzag entre les cartons et atroupement familial (très étrange en cette période ) La caissière préfère rigoler avec sa collègue sans nous adresser un mot.... Bref on ne reviendra jamais
