Recall work on the car. No charge repairs. Car dropped off on time. Service advisor explained all work to be done. Headlight module recall issue. Steering column issue. One door on the car was not locking, service advisor showed me what the problem was and it was fixed at no charge, which was not a recall issue. Greatly appreciated him fixing that. Work was supposed to be performed in one day. Shuttle pick me up and carried me home. Almost closing time with no return call I had to call dealership, dealer informed me car was not going to be ready on the same day as promised. Next day same thing no call to inform me the car was ready. Again had to call and find out what the status of the repairs were. Car was ready second day shuttle picked me up took me back to dealership.

I have to say that the folks over at Leith Ford made my buying experience as easy as possible. I drove up and seen exactly what I was looking for, took a test drive and was sold.. In and out in about 3 hours total which also included the cleaning and protecting of my ride. Everyone at the dealership was kind and courteous and I can't thank Rogel and Johnny enough!!

Very nice staff. We bought a car from Bob and he was nice. They had good deals on their new cars. We bought a fusion for 16k. I think their deals are very reasonable. The only drawback was that they were slow! It almost took four hours to buy the car.

I had a GREAT experience here at Leith Ford. My sales person Jen, was so nice to work with on my Escape purchase. She asked some great questions on how to help me narrow down my search for my “perfect suv”. She was very kind, professional and seemed to really care about helping me find the best car for me. I immediately trusted her and felt comfortable. Which was the complete opposite of the last dealership I recently visited in Raleigh. The financing was simple and everyone did a nice job of helping to simplify the entire process. I would definitely recommend Leith Ford! I lov my Escape! Thanks guys!

I was super discouraged on finding my first car when I walked into the dealership. But I had Will as a sales representative and he was super patient with me (I was there until closing). He helped me find a car that suited my needs and my budget and even helped me with all my new car owner questions. 10/10 recommend.
